About this blog -
This blog grew out of the necessity to express some ideas in greater detail than a two sentence blurb on Facebook. The "daily" aspect of this blog has slipped for several reasons. The first being a lack of ideas. Apparently I have less to say than I initially thought I did. The second reason being a lack of time. I like to adequately form ideas, so at times a good blog will take up to 1 to 2 hours to compose. Having a family and other responsibilities means not having enough time to always blog, unless this turns into a "Julie and Julia" sort of experience in which case if I am getting paid to do this I will be happy to devote at least 3 hours a day. The name of the blog comes from the Rorschach Inkblot test. At times it seems my blogs are simply a rambling stream of subconscious thought. Like having my own Psychiatrist's couch, this blog is an attempt to rid myself of those thoughts by expressing them, or at the very least trying to make sense of them by "talking" them out.
About me -
I am 40 years old. Married. Father of one 6 year old boy. Master to an unruly 19 month old dog. Living in Pittsburgh (A Great place to be if you are a train lover.) I work a job because I have to. Take the bus because I need to. Blog because I want to. Drink Coffee because I love it (fresh ground, not out of a can.) Coached football for 5 years and had to give it up due to my work schedule, miss it terribly. I am an Evangelical Christian who was raised Catholic. I believe in God, its just that sometimes it doesn't feel like He believes in me.
